Characteristics and Tasting Notes

Teeling Single Malt is crafted from 100% malted barley, bottled at 46% ABV (Alcohol By Volume), and is non-chill filtered, offering a rich and full flavor experience. Its innovative character comes from the unique finishing process in barrels that previously held Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. 

• Nose: Vibrant aromas with strong notes of melon, figs, toffee, and lemon, along with hints of chocolate and spices.
• Palate: A balanced mix of dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice (such as cloves and cinnamon), and a touch of bittersweet chocolate. It has a medium body and a slightly oily, chewy texture.
• Finish: A luxurious and long-lasting finish, featuring notes of dry oak, tropical fruits (like passionfruit and pineapple), and a lingering sweetness that harmonizes with the wood tannins.
