ΓΕΡΟΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΥ VIOGNIER 750ML

Ktima Gerovassiliou Viognier is a single-varietal dry white wine produced in the Epanomi region of Thessaloniki (PGI Epanomi).

• Appearance: Intense golden-yellow hue.
• Aromas: Expressive nose with aromas of apricot, peach, orange blossoms and subtle smoky notes.
• Palate: Rich and creamy texture, with a long-lasting finish.
• Vinification: Following skin contact (cold maceration), the wine is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for several months on its lees.
• Aging Potential: This wine can evolve beautifully for 5 to 8 years from its vintage year.

It pairs excellently with fatty fish, shrimps in white sauce, asparagus, lobster, crab and Asian cuisine. It is best served at 10–12 °C.
