Brilla! Pinot Grigio Rosato delle Venezie DOC is a single-varietydry Italian rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio. It stands out for its elegant presentation and playful character.
Appearance: Pale pink with bright highlights, reminiscent of rose petals.
Aromas:Intensely floral (rose) evolving into fruity notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry, raspberry and white-fleshed peach.
Palate: Fresh and balanced with crisp acidity, minerality and a subtle tannic structure that provides character. The finish is fruity and persistent.
Vinification: Short skin contact (approximately 8 hours) gives it its characteristic pale pink hue, while fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif or paired with finger food. It goes perfectly with fish and seafood dishes, white meats, light salads, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses (mozzarella, ricotta). Best served at 10 - 12°C.
