Piroga White by Tsililis Estate is a refreshing and aromatic multi-varietal dry white wine produced in Thessaly (PGI Tyrnavos). Its varietal composition consists of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Hamburg.
- Appearance: Clear, bright lemon-green to transparent hue.
- Aromas: Delicate aromas of fresh yellow fruits (lemon) and exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), with herbal undertones and floral notes.
- Palate: Full-bodied on the palate with crisp acidity and good structure. It leaves a vibrant, fruity finish.
- Vinification: Follows the classic white vinification method, emphasizing the preservation of the varieties' fresh and aromatic character.
It pairs excellently with seafood, fish, white meats, pasta with white sauces and fresh salads. Ideally served at 8°C - 10°C.
