Piroga Rosé by Tsililis Estate is a refreshing multi-varietaldry rosé wine from the region of Thessaly (PGI Tyrnavos). Its varietal composition consists of Muscat of Hamburg, Agiorgitiko and Syrah.
Appearance: Bright rose petal / pink hue.
Aromas: Intense fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and peach, with subtle notes of rose.
Palate: It features a round body, balanced acidity and a pleasant red fruit aftertaste.
Vinification: Produced using the "saignée" method after a pre-fermentation maceration of approximately 4 hours.
It ideally accompanies Mediterranean cuisine, such as pasta with red sauces, pizza, fruit salads, as well as light meats or seafood. Ideally served at 8°C - 10°C.
