ΚΡΑΣΙ ΜΠΑΪΡΑΚΤΑΡΗ ΚΤΗΜΑ ΝΕΜΕΑ ΕΡΥΘΡΟ 750ml

Ktima Bairaktaris KTIMA is a single-variety dry red wine made from 100% Agiorgitiko grapes (PDO Nemea), sourced from privately owned vineyards in Koutsi, Nemea, at an altitude of approximately 700 meters.

• Appearance: Deep ruby with purple highlights.
• Aromas: A complex bouquet of ripe red fruits (cherry, sour cherry), vanilla, spices and notes of dark chocolate.
• Palate: Full and balanced body with soft, velvety tannins and a long aftertaste.
• Vinification: Natural red vinification is followed, with an extended maceration period of up to 45 days. The wine matures for 16 months in 100% new French oak barrels, followed by 8 months of aging in the bottle.
• Aging Potential: It has an excellent aging potential and can age in your cellar for at least 10–15 years, developing aromas of leather, tobacco and dried fruits.

It ideally accompanies dishes with red meats (grilled or stewed in red sauces), game (rabbit stew), aged yellow cheeses and dishes featuring truffles or mushrooms. Ideally served at 16–18°C.
