Tsililis Piroga Red is a multi-varietal dry red wine from Thessaly, produced from a blend of the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.
Appearance: Deep purple.
Aromas: Distinct notes of berries, with subtle hints of spices and vanilla.
Palate:Round and velvety on the mouth, featuring a medium body and soft tannins that do not dry out the palate. It has a long-lasting and pleasant finish, leaving a sensation of fruit and spices.
Vinification: Follows the classic red vinification method, with an emphasis on preserving the fruity character of the varieties.
It pairs excellently with red meats (beef, lamb), dishes with spicy sauces, charcuterie platters and mature yellow cheeses. Ideally served at 16 - 18°C.
