Ktima Gerovassiliou White is a multi-varietaldry white wine, created from a blend of two indigenous Greek varieties: Malagousia and Assyrtiko. It originates from the Epanomi region in Thessaloniki (PGI Epanomi).
Appearance: A bright blond color with greenish highlights.
Aromas: An intense nose dominated by aromas of exotic fruits (melon, mango), citrus, jasmine and green pepper.
Palate:Rich and harmonious, characterized by vibrant acidity and a refreshing lemony finish.
Vinification: Following pre-fermentation cold soak, vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-20°C.
It pairs excellently with seafood, fish, white meats with simple sauces, pasta, Greek salad (tomato & feta) and generally Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Ideally served at 8–10°C.
