Assyrtiko Zacharias by Zacharias Vineyards is a single-varietydry white wine produced from 100% Assyrtiko grapes, originating from Nemea (PGI Peloponnese).
Appearance: Bright lemon-yellow.
Aromas: Intense aromas of citrus fruits (lime, lemon), white-fleshed peach and prominent mineral notes.
Palate:Full-bodied with an oily texture and a long, refreshing aftertaste.
Vinification: Produced using the classic white vinification method in stainless steel tanks, emphasizing the preservation of the variety’s freshness and typical character.
It pairs excellently with sushi, seafood risotto, grilled fatty fish, chicken, lamb, mature yellow cheeses and soft white cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
