Amethystos White from Domaine Costa Lazaridi is a multi-varietal, dry white wine made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Assyrtiko, originating from Drama (PGI Drama).
- Appearance: Bright straw-blonde with distinctive greenish highlights.
- Aromas: Characterized by fresh aromas of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and peach on a lemony background.
- Palate: Crisp and full-bodied with crunchy acidity and a long, fruity finish.
- Vinification: It undergoes classic white vinification at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
It pairs excellently with green salads, vegetable pies, grilled vegetables, seafood & shellfish with light sauces, grilled fish with oil-lemon dressing and herbs, as well as fresh white cheeses (Anevato, Xinomizithra & Chèvre). Serves at 10-12°C.
