The BiancoNero Sparkling Pink by Tsililis Estate is the sparkling, off-dry rosé version of the series. It is produced from the aromatic Muscat Hamburg grape variety and is distinguised by its refreshing and playful character.
Appearance: A vibrant pink hue, enhanced by fine, persistent bubbles that create a beautiful effervescence, adding brilliance to the glass.
Aromas: Intense fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, combined with delicate notes of violet and vanilla.
Palate: It features crisp acidity and refreshing bubbles, with a fruity taste that makes it exceptionally pleasant.
Vinification: The production is based on the Charmat method. Following a short skin contact (maceration) to extract color, a secondary fermentation takes place in closed pressurized tanks. The process is interrupted by cooling to preserve the natural sugars and the low alcohol content (7.5%), giving the wine its characteristic cool sparkle and intense fruity profile.
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, but it also pairs excellently with fruit salads, chocolate desserts, or even spicy flavors. Ideally served chilled at 6°C – 8°C.
