BiancoNero White Dry Wine by Tsililis Estate is a still, multi-varietal dry white wine that blends Greek and international varieties for a refreshing and fruity result. Its varietal composition consists of a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Assyrtiko.
Appearance: Bright pale yellow with greenish highlights.
Aromas: Intense nose dominated by tropical fruits (mango, pineapple) and citrus (lemon), framed by floral notes of lemon blossom.
Palate:Crisp and light, with a refreshing acidity that provides freshness, leading to a clean finish.
Vinification: Follows the philosophy of "cold extraction" to preserve the ultimate freshness of the aromas, followed by the classic white vinification method.
It pairs excellently with light dishes, such as green salads, fruit, seafood and light pasta with white sauces. Ideally served at 8°C - 10°C.
