The Pavlidis Estate Thema Rosé is a single-varietal dry rosé wine made from 100% Tempranillo (PGI Drama).
- Appearance: Bright, pale cherry with violet highlights.
- Aromas: Dominated by citrus aromas with hints of small red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry.
- Palate: Balanced and round-bodied, with prominent acidity and a fruity aftertaste.
- Vinification: Skin contact (maceration) lasts for 10–15 hours, followed by fermentation under stable conditions. It then matures in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees for 3 months, gaining structure and body.
It pairs excellently with pasta in mild sauces, seafood in red sauces, pizzas and traditional Greek vegetable stews. Best served at 8–10°C.
