Synastry Sauvignon Blanc from Zacharias Vineyards is a monovarietal dry white wine produced from 100%Sauvignon Blanc grapes, originating from Nemea (PGI Peloponnese).
Appearance: Pale lemon-green.
Aromas: Intense nose with notes of tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit), citrus (grapefruit, lime), as well as herbal notes like freshly cut grass, green pepper and lemongrass.
Palate:Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and a long, fruity finish.
Vinification: Produced using the white vinification method in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and the primary fruity character of the variety.
It pairs excellently with seafood, fried fish or mollusks, green salads, vegetable dishes, white cheeses (especially goat cheese), Asian cuisine and pasta with light white sauces or pesto. Best served at 8–10°C.
