The BiancoNero Rosé Dry from Tsililis Estate is a still (non-sparkling) dry wine characterized by its fruity profile and refreshing taste. It is produced from a blend of Syrah and Merlot grapes.
Appearance: Bright pink or rose-petal hue with high clarity.
Aromas: Dominant scents of red fruits such as raspberry, sour cherry and cherry, accompanied by sweet notes of quince paste.
Palate: It features crisp acidity, a round mouthfeel with well-balanced alcohol and a long-lasting fruity finish.
Vinification: The grapes are sent to the press, where the juice remains in contact with the skins for a short period (usually a few hours) to extract color. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperatures (cold vinification) to preserve its fresh aromas.
It pairs ideally with light dishes, salads and tomato-based sauces. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with fresh fruit. Best served chilled at 8°C.
