Ktima Papaioannou Agiorgitiko is a single-varietydry red wine made from 100% Agiorgitiko grapes, sourced from organic vineyards in Nemea (PGI Corinthia).
Appearance: Deep purple with violet highlights.
Aromas: Dominated by fresh red fruits, such as cherry, sour cherry, plum, and redcurrant.
Palate: A medium-bodied wine with balanced acidity and very soft tannins, making it exceptionally easy to drink.
Vinification: Produced from 100% organically grown grapes without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, following the classic red vinification method.
Aging Potential: Best consumed within the first 2–4 years of harvest, when the primary fruit notes are at their peak.
It pairs excellently with red sauce dishes (veal stew, soutzoukakia), pasta with tomato sauce, pizzas and yellow cheeses (graviera, kasseri). Ideally served at 15–16°C.
