Jack of Hearts (Vales Koupa) by Nico Lazaridi Winery is a multi-varietalmedium-dry rose wine. It features a blend of 95% Agiorgitiko & 5% Grenache Rouge, originating from Drama (PGI Macedonia).
Appearance: Bright, iridescent rose.
Aromas: An intense and fresh nose dominated by red fruit aromas (strawberry, cherry) framed by delicate floral notes.
Palate: A soft texture, fruity character and excellent balance between refreshing acidity and the mild, subtle sweetness of residual sugars (medium-dry).
Vinification: The vinification is characterized by short skin contact (maceration) and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve its aromas.
It excellently accompanies Mediterranean dishes, refreshing salads, fresh seasonal fruits and is also ideal as an aperitif. Best served at 8-10°C.
