Zacharias Malagouzia from Zacharias Vineyards is a single-variety dry white wine produced from 100% Malagouzia grapes, produced in Nemea (PGI Peloponnese).
- Appearance: Brilliant medium lemon with green highlights.
- Aromas: Intense nose dominated by exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and citrus, combined with white flowers and herbal notes (basil, mint).
- Palate: Medium body with crisp acidity and a rich sensation of white-fleshed peach, leading to a long and fruity aftertaste.
- Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold soak for 10–12 hours and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
It ideally accompanies seafood, grilled fish, white meats (chicken), fresh salads, pasta with pesto and Asian cuisine (sushi). Best served at 8–10°C.
